Customized one to one support for individuals with Special Needs
We provide customized one to one support for young adults with complex special needs including Epilepsy, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Down Syndrome and Prader-Willi Syndrome. Support Workers are available to provide emotional and behavioural support within the home, community, school and camps. Following consultation and service request, programming is customized with the individual's growth and success as our first priority. We encourage parents/caregivers/case workers to be an active part of support planning in order to achieve positive results. Service is available within Simcoe County and the GTA.
Community and Travel Support

We provide 1:1 support for personalized activities and community outings. We can arrange your programming, get you there and cheer you on! We also provide support for travel (staycations, nationwide and international).
This program is not recommended for individuals who are deemed hard to serve or have complexed needs. Contact us for details.
